A customer for over 5 years and now looking for alternatives.Today on December 10th, 2024 contacted AT&T about my cellular bill with a discrepancy about a charge. Recently, I had upgraded my wife’s phone at our local store in Elizabethtown, KY. I was already frustrated when I was finally seen because although I had got an appointment online, the store was not managing appointments and walk-in’s were being taken before me. I was seen 30 minutes later than my appointment. The gentlemen did well to defuse the situation and I ended up leaving with an iPhone 16 plus and iPad.Today I checked my billing to go over all the fees. The iPhone bundle that I opted allowed those who purchased the new IPhone 6 Pro to receive an IPAD for 99 cents a month. The bill I have reflects a price that was three times as much.Originally we were going to get the iPhone 6 Pro; however, the sales associate stated that the one we wanted was not in stock but the brought the iPhone 6 Plus out and informed me that the deal was the same.Flash forward back to today. Customer service looked up my deal. And no they will not honor the deal. The store told misinformed me. And they could only offer apologies.This shows me that they have zero accountability and offer very little remedy discrepancies.
