Horrible! Ordered a Black Friday Christmas decor, no confirmation of order, nothing, however my cc was charged. Had a delivery date when ordered, it has come and gone, called CS twice, told different stories each time, latest is the vendor does not have the materials to make!! Unbelievable, no wonder they are approaching bankruptcy!! Done with BBB!!!!

i have ordered a lenovo legion slim 7i on the 26 of january with delivery promised in 2 weeks,during these 2 weeks i checked the order status and saw the delivery date changed from 2 weeks to the 12 of february, also the price of the notebook lowered by 100 euro sended an email asking if they could also reduce the price of the one i have ordered ..no aswer, sended another one.. no answer, so i waited till the 12 of february thinking atleast i would have the notebook.. but no. checked the order status and from february 12 it got delayed to february 18 . Okay,i will wait another week i thought..Today 15 february the order status changed from february 18 to expected shipping february 23 with expected arrival in MARCH 6.. fed up i cancelled the order, lets see now how much time they will take to give me back my money.Its a shame because i liked lenovo, i still have my yoga 15ikb from 2018 and wanted to upgrade but their shipping Really really sucks.

Great compared to alternatives like Salesforce. Much more intuitive UI. The sales person was able to answer questions effectively. But the most impressive part was the implementation, which gave me access to somebody massively talented, who honestly knew Hubspot inside out and really got us up and running with it effectively. We now rely on it for loads.

yahoo is the absolute worst, most unreliable search engine and email ever!!!! They are just thee absolute worst corp that has zero customer service. you have to pay for their "customer service" to fix THEIR OWN mistakes. 100% the exact type of corporation you love to hate. RUN!!

Dell totally screw up. made 2 purchases and dell does not want to give the rewards earned, they used the wrong email then said the reward was opened after the sale, i have the email to prove that rewards was set up first. then went to make a purchase and was told i would receive 10% off for my trouble which never happed. 5 hour calling to get nowhere, hagh up on,trans to wrong dept and so on. what was a good company now has no customer service. all the invoices do not have any emails on them, no emails received on purchases, it is only dell lies so they do not have to give the rewards

DON'T BUY DELL, you WILL regret it. Bought a laptop from Dell and the touchpad did not work out of the box. Spent six hours over two days on tech support and the problem was not solved. Told Dell I wanted a replacement on my doorstep the next day and the representative said he could make that happen. Sat on hold for an hour and the phone got disconnected. Called back and had to re-give all of my info six more times and they said they could not replace the computer the next day and just transferred me around and around and eventually hung up on me. Their customer service is terrible and can't track complaints. You will notice there is no place to leave a review on their site and this is because it is a bad company with bad products.

Utterly hopeless customer service. We were double charged for the Pro Plan, and what makes it worse - the service was not even provided after the payments went through and we are sell on the free plan 5 WHOLE MONTHS LATER. We opened support tickets, to which we finally got a reply (after 2 months) with options for resolving the matter. We chose an option and notified cloudflare of the same. They then went quiet on us and we have not heard any further from them, despite 10-15 requests for an update using their support channel. It is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Stay away from this company - they are taking customers cash, but not providing the service they promised.
