Sweet God I've been a football fan all my life and am in the process of watching the match as I jot this down, to say the commentary is bad would be a under statment. France v poland. Robyn Cowen should not be allowed be the lead commentate on any game not alone a world cup match, the most mundane voice and hasent a clue what's going on in the game it's a absolute disgrace and a embarrassment to football, she has a voice best suited to read out the obituaries, never taught ide have to witness such depression watching a good game of football I've watched the last 15mins on mute. Please get a grip bbc and get her off the air ASAP

Placed the order on 27 November and item not yet here.Called more than 3-4 times and was given contrasting information Just spoke to Carol from the management team…the most rude and unprofessional staff I have nee met …Carol was so unhelpful….never seen a management staff talking like this…never thought Amazon works according to the whims and fancies of the staff…been an horrendous experience so far and to top it up the unacceptable service from Carol…she was threatening…she goes if you were nice I would have done something for you!!!

I've been using Amazon for years but in the last 2 years they are selling more and more cheap Chinese rubbish. They'll also send out goods that have already been returned, I'm guessing that they could have been returned more than once. Deliveries have become erratic and getting later and later, drivers leave parcels in the street. If you use amazon for your morrisons shop it eill cost you £30 more than going directly through morrisons. They have become a disgusting company to shop with. You'll get most of the stuff at a fraction of the price on Temu. After todays junk delivery I've had enough.

Underhand and quite simply a con.Best advice to diners, ignore the message. Best advice to restaurant owners, if you care about your customers, don’t use OpenTable.

Like many others I have found it impossible to cancel my subscription. Although easy to sign up online it’s not possible to cancel, they insist on you phoning them and provide a number that doesn’t work. I’m cancelling as a 25% increase over last year is bound to wind anyone up. I’ll now contact my card provider and instruct them not to pay.

This store is incredibly frustrating specially the Customer support part of it, we contacted them back in November and got no reply so we contacted them again and were advised the controller was still in warranty and that gave us the details to contact them directly which we did, eventually they replied just to tell us that the controller was no longer in warranty. Bloody joke!!

I'm a Spotify subscriber and I take offense to being limited to censored comments. I love Neil Young's music, but he doesn't speak for me. And while I do not agree with everything Rogan says on his podcasts, I live my life with an open mind, and enjoy hearing all sides before exercising MY CHOICE at deciding what I CHOOSE to believe. If Spotify will not allow that to happen, my money is probably invested better elsewhere.

Unfortunately i fell victim to their free trial offer, its not a scam but it is misleading. The auto-renewal opt out and free downloads not rolling over creates a very poorly structured payment model. No email reminders just compounds the misery. Its legal but not ethical. Anyway i spent a long time discussing the issue with a customer service agent called Andrew, he was patient and polite and very empathetic and ultimately was able to waive the cancellation fee and arrange a partial refund, so credit to the customer service staff. Unfortunately the management are destroying shutterstocks reputation with these tactics, especially in this current financial climate.

I had very bad experience at kroger oakely 45209 this morning. after i scanned all my stuff at the self check out i asked the lady about the cereal why is not getting me the price advertised she said you have to download the digital coupon with nasty attitude . i asked her to take it out. she gave me very bad attitude and slam her card on the cash register scanner.I left and talked to 2 managers i know for sure they WILL NOT do anything.whats sad i call customer service 800 number to talk about this and beth she put me on hold again without saying anything . i called again asking for supervisor to talk to he hang up on me . what a BAD customer service from all LEVELS at kroger.does not make any since at all.will one at the time, loose one customer a day shortly will be out of business....for sure i am taking my buseniss else where with my rx going some where else too.THANKS FOR THE AWFUL VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE STORE AND ON THE PHONE.

Worst customer experience ever (and that's saying a lot). I still haven't received my printer and nobody knows (or cares) where it is. I've tried to reach cust serv many times (phone and email) and nothing. I will never buy their product again.

The Economist really has some quality content, but they can't seem to get their stuff together in customer service. I have moved from a major EU city to an even more major EU capital city and The Economist can't seem to deliver my paper issue on time. First my paper got airdelivered from Berlin (I do not live in Germany), so it always arrived 5 days late. When they finally managed to switch to hand delivery after complaining 3 times to their own customer service and once on this website, I have received a copy 2 out of 6 weeks. The rest of the times I have not received anythingTo make matter worse, I have been in touch weekly now with the customer service chat and every single week I have to explain the exact same things again, answering the exact samen questions and receive the exact same niceties and apologies. I have seen chatbots from 2005 as more usefull and less predictable than The Economist's customer service employees. It is absolutely horrible service.
