Your shipping provider has yet to deliver the order, saying there is a problem with the address. USP, USPS, AMAZON, etc are all able to deliver to the address I provided; I have asked them for a refund.

No customer support

I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S cellphone from Amazon, and was immediately plagued with problems, e.g. the phone would stop ringing and go straight to voice mail, no matter what the settings. It would switch off for no reason.Xiaomi customer support is unreachable, even tough the US website claims to be open during business hours. (with lots of error messages when you try to sign up for an account.Returned the phone to Amazon.) Never again Xiaomi.

Incompetent + Lack of support

Unbelievably inefficient, incompetent and lack of support. A Dental clinic added a service to the charges that were not provided so I placed a dispute on that specific amount. Needless to say, Wells Fargo reported it to Visa as an “incorrect charge amount” and Visa rejected it saying this was the correct price for the service. I have explained numerous times that the service was NOT provided at all, without success. I don’t want to give this negative experience any more energy than is needed, suffice it to say that I have started closing my accounts one by one, as of today. And they do make it difficult to close an account, asking me to go to the nearest branch. It has been a long 20 years with Wells Fargo but it’s time to say goodbye.

Failed to Honor Refund Policy & Ignored Cancellation Request

UPDATE: Their customer service team responds to negative reviews here with professional-sounding messages claiming they're "eager to resolve your issue" and asking unhappy customers to email them at the address they provide. DON'T BE FOOLED. After emailing them as directed, they simply GHOST you - no response, no resolution, nothing. This performative customer service is clearly just damage control for public view, with zero intention of actually addressing customer complaints!------I've had an absolutely terrible experience with Elementor's customer service and billing practices. Two major issues occurred:1. When I was unexpectedly charged $49 on March 30, 2023 for an automatic renewal, I contacted their support team on April 7 (well within their advertised 30-day refund window). Despite their own team publicly stating on TrustPilot that "In case someone forgets to cancel their subscription on time, we still have a refund policy that lasts for 30 days after the renewal," they immediately refused to honor this policy in my case, offering no explanation.2. Even worse, during that same support interaction, I explicitly requested they cancel my subscription to prevent future charges. Their customer service representative completely ignored this cancellation request, resulting in me being charged AGAIN for another unauthorized renewal.Now Elementor is refusing to refund both unauthorized charges despite their clear failures on multiple levels. This company appears only interested in retaining your money through deceptive practices - they advertise customer-friendly policies but refuse to honor them, and they ignore cancellation requests to ensure continued billing.I would strongly caution potential customers about doing business with Elementor. Their customer service is unprofessional, their billing practices are questionable at best, and they are not responding to my follow-up emails.It's worth noting that while Elementor has many 5-star reviews here on TrustPilot, you'll notice most of them are marked as "invited" reviews. Who knows if they're all legitimate, as they certainly don't reflect my experience or their handling of billing issues. If you look at other 1-star reviews, you'll see many other reviews mentioning wrongful charges. Save yourself the frustration and $98 - look elsewhere for your website building needs!

I have spent countless hours with Dell trying to get service for my laptop. I get promises that I will be called. I spent $99 for this help. I have had no callback. The best thing I hear from the representatives is "Sorry for the inconvenience."

Utterly Useless, Do Not Use

We've been with Cloudflare on a Pro plan for years. We were hacked, so I contacted the 'Under Attack' helpline 3 times, no response. I put in a support ticket marked 'Urgent' nearly 2 week ago, no response. Utterly useless, don't use Cloudflare.
