I Bought a 49" 4K TV over a year ago. 8 months in and it gave out. Ive been fighting with them since June 1st 2019 when I submitted my claim. They tell me They cant send anyone to repair it since i live more than 75 miles away from a repair shop. 3 months later I was told they would send me a refund check for price of purchase and still nothing. Going to small claims court to file suit. Have everything in order so should be cut and paste. Ill never buy this junk again.

Why are Wheatly Homes Glasgow not doing their job properly!Why are they not giving the service they should offer to their customers!They don't have ears to hear eyes to see because their housing officers are the one who represents them and they are not after your safety but after your money!My housing officer Lorra Airens are currently receiving all my messages from the first week of July until now which is 3Sep2024 but i couldn't get her to explain my case!She knows all my family situations, she have all the information but not able to communicate with me!How can i call her my housing officer then?From the beginning, she was the one who visited my house and explained we have paid more but the money will be back to our account by the beginning of July 2024, but now it is 3Sep2024.She infomed myself and wife that if we don't receive the money back by the beginning of July, we should let her know and she will sort it out but when we try to call her the reception people always says even if they call her she is nor responding!How do you claim someone your house officer while she is not doing what every house officer is doing?People like my house officer are shame to their own company!So sad and mad about the way wheatly group Glasgow housing officers treatment!

Extremely Disappointed with the Review ProcessThe review process is absolutely unacceptable! We reported fake reviews on our business profile, but they refused to remove them, stating they "do not violate policy." How is a one-star review with no explanation an accurate representation of someone's experience with our company? We even clarified that we have no record of a client by that name, and no feedback was provided to help us improve. How is that fair or accurate? Very frustrating and unfair to businesses trying to maintain a genuine reputation.

The clothing quality is very poor! I purchased a jumper which after one wear is in poor condition and faulty. I contacted customer support who told me it is “wear and tear” and they will not refund. Personally, I think clothing should last more than one wear but according to Uniqlo faults are expected after wearing and they will not refund or replace. Customer support was awful too! I was told I would be replied to in 24-48 hours but it took 5 days and the reply I received didn’t even relate to the issue so I had to chase again. I would completely avoid buying anything from Uniqlo

I use Ebay for a few second hand shopping 10 years ago and my experience was very good. In contrast I bought a simcard which they say was delivered, they have not been able to give further details to who or how. 1. We never received the simcard from Europe to Europe, the seller said he was in germany.2. I contacted the seller several times, he was only able to send me a screen saying that was delivered on the 30 June and registered, yet he did not offer any way to look into the matter if the post gave it to the wrong address or other issues.3. Ebay says that if you do not have the item is guarantee they return the money. I contacted Ebay, and they decide with not reasoning that they will not return the money not they will send another sim.4. I appeal and had 2 messages on the same day ,a) one directed me to contact uk dhl website, and do the investigative work for them :( but the envelope was coming from Germany, I spent the evening and ended up in german website, with the tracking number following their advise, i found out that there was not further information to who or how the envelope was deliver.b) the second message on the same day said that my appeal was not succesfull.I sent them a message telling the situation and how they could say they guarantee a delivery if they do not...The problem with Ebay is that there is no responsibility, no integrity towards the customer, and this is very serious. I have order a second card to another seller and we will see what will happen next.In the meantime, I was going to open a market place but I have decided that they will ruin the reputation and therefore no bussiness with integrity can be done with them unless they change. I just realize that the web appears like this "ebay.ie"Consider if you are going to spend a lot of money in an item that they are not to trust at the moment , buy at your own risk
