Terrible terrible company. I follow so many bloggers on instagram and they all rave about DSW. Thought I’d give them a shot and I got my shoes in a broken and beaten box. Then I look at the shoes and one of them has been worn!! It is completely dirty on the bottom, on the inside, and on the sides!! I have sent numerous emails, tried calling and no one ever answers. Even reached out on Instagram. So disappointed and will never shop again!!! Wish I read the reviews prior. Seems like no one has anything good to say about this company.

After having to reschedule a delivery and track the Amazon van, I finally received a package directly from the driver. It was supposed to contain two items, but one of the high-value items was missing. The package was poorly sealed and barely closed. Upon noticing the missing item, I immediately contacted the delivery driver, who searched his van but was unable to locate it. He assisted me in contacting Amazon support, and I was advised to file a police report.I find it completely unacceptable to be asked to file a police report for an item I never received. The responsibility for this situation lies with Amazon, whether due to a packing error or a potential issue in your delivery pipeline. As a customer, I should not have to go out of my way to open a police investigation for a missing item that was never delivered.

Worst customer service I could imagine. Made the mistake of buying an airfryer from these incompetents, it didn’t work properly from day 1. Tried to return it for exchange, they will not offer refunds, and even getting an exchange is a nightmare. They just ignore your emails, phone calls and hope you go away. Wasted my time and energy, never again will I buy from Philips.

OMGGG they wanted to charge me for a year though my account was for a month. Incredible. On top of that, to be able to cancel de subscription, you need to pay any due bills they sent you. So if you stop paying them the monthly fee and dont use their service and want to cancel the account after 3 months, they will demand payment for those 3 months to be able to delete the account.
