Logitech make some fairly good products but their customer service is just appalling if you have an issue. After a two hour wait in online chat followed by several emails, they then refuse to help resolve a minor issue on a keyboard product that was just three months old.I have bought Logitech for many years but no more if this is how they treat their customers!

Scandalous company. Exploiting the most vulnerable of vulnerable people.. speaking to a person like a bully would in a play ground... The hole broadcast should be banned from television altogether for the benefit of all the people who are experiencing trauma related illnesses due to the treatment they were subjected to whilst involved with ITV!!

My laptop power connection came loose one week out of warranty. Dell customer service reps and managers are the worst excuse for customer service. the manager actually told me he was doing me a favor by talking to me. I've never talked to anyone in customer service that was as arrogant as he was. he offered no help. I ended up buying another laptop from a competitor. I will never buy a Dell product again.

BEWARE LANDORDSTerrible CompanyIncompetence displayed by the majority of the Norwich Lettings staff.If you wish to move away they try everything to keep you with their management, the regional director is wheeled out to use threatening tactics!Entrapment, coercion, regular overcharging, extortionate lettings fees are just a few of the issues faced.Property manager leaving the front door of our empty property unlocked, inaccuarate checkout reports, unaware that tenants have vacated for 2 months!!
