I am so disappointed with Amex NZ. I have continued to become over a period of years to just sick of their terrible customer service and thinking that they are above you when you try and point out their failures. Not the American express high standard I was accustomed to when i lived in Europe! They simply don't care but even worse is they don't seriously are just plain dumb or just couldn't care less.
