Completely understaffed. Had dinner RESERVATIONS they call "MY TIME" at 7:15 first night and 7 second night. Literally wasn't seated for 30-35 minutes later and first sign of food on the table was 50 minutes after reservation.Furthermore, any late night room service (11 pm not that late) requires a 15-25 minute hold ON THE ROOM PHONE DIAL 7000. No open restaurant besides a Cafe that serves pre-made garbage. Really? Royal caribbean has really gone down hill since I last sailed about 8 years ago.
