Brilliant journalism

Left wingers say it has a right wing bias. Right wingers say it has a left wing bias. Centrists differ.Surely that means the company has an array of views and reporting styles, yes? Well that’s what I think. I find they give me an update on what matters most and they don’t flurry me with irrelevant topics.The licence is a headache for some but it’s an independent organisation free from bias; Let’s keep it.

I hate how Parler makes me do a captcha and a verification code every single time I want to get on, it makes me log in, and I hate it. Also when I'm looking for a friend who says he or she is on there, it doesn't work and I'm never able to find my friend. What a fraud.

Customer Support hangs up while I was talking

Was kept waiting to talk to the technical department for more than half an hour. For as much as I enjoy the music, I also enjoy having my time not wasted. So I would have appreciated it if they just gave me a number to call back. Have to go to a meeting now, so my problem is still not fixed.UPDATE:I called again and was kept waiting for 15 minutes. So I decided to call once again, this time the CS employee told me that the Technical Department did not exist and hung up the phone on me as I was speaking. Finally, the fourth time I called, the employee asked to send an email. I think bol.com is doing a great job at showing that the customer does NOT matter. I regret doing business with bol.com.

Avoid Agoda at all cost

Agoda used to be good but not anymore. The robot customer service is stressful. For more than 2.5 months I have been texting and trying to get a refund as Agoda Property partner for Quill Suites in Kuala Lumpur refused to check me in on 15 March despite my booking ID and full payment.After almost 3 hours of discussion with customer service on 15 March, at around 6pm I gave up and booked another room through Agoda again at Summer Suites in KL. I have provided all the documents and receipts in the help chat with Agoda at their request. Despite all this they are refusing to refund my money for Quill Suites that I never managed to get checked in.Shame on Agoda. Avoid at all cost. Never use again

They do not verify that money being transfer out of your account is really you. They sent money to someone that I have no idea is. To a Wells Fargo bank and no one could tell me who. I lost my whole investment due to a scam email.

Great Software but they are resistant to feedback when there is an issue. I am not sure how they intend to create a high-level if usability in their software by taking such an ignorant approach to user feedback.I spent my personal time to submit a feedback ticket. For both my and their benefit. Something that is not easy to do on their site and got a reply from support telling me that the option is not available instead of actually escalating and logging the feature request, bug or issue... and perhaps maybe even a thank you for reporting the issue.I am not sure if they know what feedback actually is!?

Sneaky checkout process with the “tip”

Sneaky checkout process with the “tip”. Beware. Onus is on the donator to set this to zero rather than it being defaulted. This is a “tip” fee on top of what they already deduct from donations. Very underhand and sneaky. No need to set it up this way. A nasty and brazen way of scamming more money from people who by definition are trying to help others.
