Agoda used to be good but not anymore. The robot customer service is stressful. For more than 2.5 months I have been texting and trying to get a refund as Agoda Property partner for Quill Suites in Kuala Lumpur refused to check me in on 15 March despite my booking ID and full payment.After almost 3 hours of discussion with customer service on 15 March, at around 6pm I gave up and booked another room through Agoda again at Summer Suites in KL. I have provided all the documents and receipts in the help chat with Agoda at their request. Despite all this they are refusing to refund my money for Quill Suites that I never managed to get checked in.Shame on Agoda. Avoid at all cost. Never use again
