Was kept waiting to talk to the technical department for more than half an hour. For as much as I enjoy the music, I also enjoy having my time not wasted. So I would have appreciated it if they just gave me a number to call back. Have to go to a meeting now, so my problem is still not fixed.UPDATE:I called again and was kept waiting for 15 minutes. So I decided to call once again, this time the CS employee told me that the Technical Department did not exist and hung up the phone on me as I was speaking. Finally, the fourth time I called, the employee asked to send an email. I think bol.com is doing a great job at showing that the customer does NOT matter. I regret doing business with bol.com.
