Review of wayfair
We purchased and Wayfair shipped us an area rug...sealed in multiple layers of plastic, mind you...that we opened and found to be damp. The rug stunk horribly like mildew and the cardboard tube on the inside was completely limp and fell apart, as shown in the photo. Wayfair will not accept the return because it was past their 30-day return window (by about 3 weeks). Why was it past their window? Because our home repairs/renovation following Hurricane Ian were behind schedule and we couldn't put down our area rugs. This rug was clearly shipped to us wet. It did not get wet, nor could it have gotten wet following receipt as it was wrapped and sealed in multiple layers of heavy plastic. So, Wayfair is applying their mindless, illogical 30-day return policy in spite of shipping us a defective product...an unsafe product. So, they ship us a piece of trash and are more than happy to keep our money because our return didn't meet the fine print. Horrible company that clearly doesn't do the right thing

Review of gopro
GoPro has to be the worst expensive service I ever had. For a while, I had GoPro hero1 and a subscriber for some time now. They are not a community company so they say they are. Just want your money and that's it. customer service is just very poor. They are just reading off the manual and can't go out of the box to make a customer happy or even meet halfway, even if I have been with them for many years. We are only supporting them as a company but they are not even supporting us. If they are we have to pay for it. Syrel the person I was talking to, was just copying and pasting premade chat answers and not even putting themself to think on how to make a problem solved
Review of expedia
What a bunch of idiots they areI have arrived to the car rental company a little bit late and found out that they have given the car to someone else. Asked me to pay £60 extra or refund, I have chosen the refund and after few days I received an email from them to say that refund hasn’t been authorised.Stay away from these people
Review of dynadot
I have been using Dynadot's services for the past two years, and it has been a great experience. The pricing is lower compared to other providers. The services are reliable and of good quality. Sometimes, changing DNS settings takes a little longer than expected, but overall, I truly recommend!
Review of careerbuilder
I just prefer Indeed.com and Zip Recruiter. Career Builder never seems to generate any hits or callbacks for me. Indeed does a great job with job recommendations and Zip Recruiter emails and text me jobs based on my criteria. Seems like to my Career Builder just sits there and doesn't do any work for me.

Review of chase
Worst bank in the United States. Recently Chase double payed our mortgage, spent 3.5 hours arguing with them about it to no avail was told to contact mortgage company. Mortgage company said they needed record to show both payments were made ,Chase bank said they could not help us but we could go in to a branch and get what we needed. Upon questioning going into a branch the Chase rep said that isnt what I said. 2 days later they closed our account and shut off our debit cards. Total retaliation .Do yourself a favor and use a credit union and get service.

update: so. they make you call a UK phone number - and you end up in a line because just today they happen to be terribly busy (unlike any other day...). After about 3-4 minutes they tell you that they are too busy and encourage you to call again later. Don't do that! I stayed on the line and about 3 minutes later got a rep (not too bad). Just don't start a conversation or try to justify your decision - cancel! They also ask you to note down a case number. I refused and asked to send the number by email. they said they do not send emails....(a digital subscription???). The rep promised he would cancel. Let's see.... old:unglaublich - hab die Kommentare zu spät gesehen...man muss anrufen um zu canceln...letztklassig!
Review of Microsoft
Microsoft have basically charged me a £220 tax for fixing my PC. My PC was gifted to me by my old employers, complete with a windows 7 install, which was upgraded to windows 10.My motherboard blew, so I had to replace it. As a consequence, Microsoft *require* a product key, which I don't have, because my PC was a gift. So a version of windows that was activated, no problems, is now toast, and Microsoft say I need to buy a new one! It's outright fraud!
Review of Microsoft
Microsoft is a company that has built some of the most widely used software in the world — Windows, Office, Outlook, OneDrive — and undeniably, their products can be powerful and well-integrated.However, over time, Microsoft seems to be moving toward more closed, opaque, and user-hostile practices, especially for individual users. Here's why:Over-reliance on automation and lack of human contact: If something goes wrong with your account (e.g. email blocked), there’s often no real person to help. You’re pushed into endless online forms and chatbots — and left hanging.Aggressive data collection: The amount of personal information Microsoft requires, especially when trying to "recover" something, feels excessive and poorly justified. It raises questions about data privacy and user consent.Monopolistic behavior: Many services (email, cloud, productivity tools) are deeply interconnected, making it hard to leave the Microsoft ecosystem without losing access to critical data — and support channels seem to reflect this imbalance of power.Inconsistent user experience: Some products are polished and effective (e.g. Excel, Teams), while others feel neglected or half-broken — especially when it comes to consumer-facing services like Outlook.com.In short: Microsoft builds solid tools, but their corporate behavior feels increasingly distant, unaccountable, and dismissive of the individual user. If you run into a serious issue, don’t expect fast — or human — help.
