Great Software but they are resistant to feedback when there is an issue. I am not sure how they intend to create a high-level if usability in their software by taking such an ignorant approach to user feedback.I spent my personal time to submit a feedback ticket. For both my and their benefit. Something that is not easy to do on their site and got a reply from support telling me that the option is not available instead of actually escalating and logging the feature request, bug or issue... and perhaps maybe even a thank you for reporting the issue.I am not sure if they know what feedback actually is!?
