Theives!! Purchase an item online, drove over an hour to pick it up!! Waited an hour at the Wescovina store in CA for over an hour!! Because the sales rep said it was being processed?? Only to be told over a hour later it wasn’t available!! Pissed off!!! Customer service is horrible!! 3rd world reps taking call and complaining is just a waste of more time with a language barrier!!! I’m also a cardholder and as much energy as they put in calling u when your bill is due (money hungry ass) they need to put in that same amount in customer service!!! Sold my item after “I bought it online:((((( and wouldn’t compensate me!!!!

Birmingham back to back houses. John our guide was extremely knowledgeable and interesting in his delivery of these historic buildings. On a wet miserable day he managed to bring the circumstances alive and made everyone feel included. NT have done a great job at restoration and keeping the details intact. Well worth a visit when in Birmingham City centre.

Hidden Costs with Google Veo 2 – Beware of Unexpected Charges!I used Google Veo 2 for AI video generation, believing I was still within the free trial period, as was clearly indicated for image generation (where, once the free tokens are used up, the system blocks further use and notifies the user). For video generation, however, I never received any warning or notification that I was moving into a paid service. Only after several sessions did I discover a charge of about €380 ($368) on my account just for 1 day—an absolutely excessive and completely unexpected amount for a service I thought was still free or at least clearly limited. After contacting customer support (case 60246423), I received a partial adjustment, but the final balance still stands at $184—a significant sum I would never have knowingly authorized.Key issues from my experience:No clear warning about the end of the free trial or the start of paid charges for video generation (unlike for images).Multiple attempts to charge my credit card, even for high amounts.Only after my complaint did Google partially acknowledge the issue, but the cost remains high. The transition from free to paid is not transparent and could easily catch users off guard.I strongly advise anyone using Google Veo 2 to be extremely careful: the lack of alerts and the pricing structure can lead to unexpected and very high expenses. I hope Google improves its transparency and communication with customers to prevent others from facing the same situation.Date of experience: June 04, 2025

The Case Number: N2109045749. I purchased a 968$ ASUS Zenbook laptop but it has not been delivered and FEDEX claimed the package as "LOST". Since then I've been trying to ask for a reimbursement but ASUS does not provide me that option or any other option. It's been three weeks now since I purchased the laptop and two weeks of so-called investigation, still NO RESULT. I've been calling the customer service every single day, at work, at home and still the issue has not been resolved! I am so frustrated with the service quality ASUS provide - or did not provide at all-. They put me on hold on the line for hours, they said to wait 24-48 hours, eventhough this timeline has passed already it has been 6 business days, I have got no solution. I'm a professor at the university, you can't imagine how much I could not fulfill my teaching duties- activities I could not carry out, because of this issue. They keep on hold for hours and hours on the phone, but still do not even give me any solution. I lost my money, I've been losing my time, energy and effort calling back and forth between the custumor services. I've been an ASUS user for almost 10 years. But you made me regret on my decision this time. This is the last time I'm ever going to purchase anything from this company. And I will tell all my collegues, students, friends not to purchase anything from this company anymore. I want my money back. Or I will fill a for sue the ASUS company as a fraud. Because you got my money but you did not fulfill your responsibility as to deliver the good that I purchased. I lost my money and I simply want my money back for the services that company would have to provide, which they did not!. I will start the suing process! I simply WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!PLEASE HELP ME AND FIND A SOLUTION!

Lack of desire to solve issuesby email. No access to technicians providing phone support. Only phone support is available for trivial matters. Components advertised as supporting/being compatible but then when used do not function as advertised. When contacted, customer support pass the blame. Poor. Wish I'd checked this before order my motherboard...

Review of royalcaribbean
This is in reference to the upcoming Asia Cruise on the Ovation of the Seas scheduled for October 9, 2025. I was looking forward to going on this cruise when I signed up. Now because of the many changes that Royal Caribbean has made from changes to the embarkation port to skipping and/or eliminating three of the planned port visits, I don’t recognize the cruise anymore. We are still 11 months away from the cruise, are more changes on the way? I realize things do happen beyond our control, but seriously did Royal Caribbean really intend to keep the original itinerary or was it just to get customers to sign up. Hence the title of the review.
