I’ve rediscovered a band from the 90s that I didn’t know rocked this hard. I looked up a shirt online surely enough this site was the top result so naturally I placed an order for an Ace of Base men’s shirt (black) at a more than reasonable price and it came lightning fast and it’s BEAUTIFUL . I was like “oh 💪they’re getting love back.” Thank you for thinking of the customer. I’ll be back for sure. 10/10

Absolute disgrace. I have been waiting since March when they agreed to give me a refund due to Covid 19. They actually cancelled my booking in May and the hotel was closed when I was due to stay in June. I have contacted the Crown Plaza Toulouse directly, I have tried messaging the head office and I have written to the European head office.

My fourth Seagate external USB 4TB HDD has died on me now. Every drive has died within 3-years of purchase! I have older 2TB Hitachi external HDDs that work like new! I wish I could just buy more of them, but I can't find'em anywhere anymore. I doubt I'll ever buy a Seagate again. I think they're pushing out junk now days.

I can no longer recommend BigCommerce. I have been with them for over a decade and stuck with them even with all of their price increases. I started out with the $29.95/mo plan and currently am on the $400/month plan because they keep "upgrading" me because of my sales - even though I'm a handmade seller and my sales do not equal profit by any means. Over a month ago I purchased a new theme at $235 and none of the features worked. I have gone back and forth with BigCommerce, showed them screen shots of the issues, and I reverted back to my previous theme which is another theme I had purchased many years ago. I requested a refund and they refuse to refund me for this theme that will not work. They just keep telling me to contact the developer - even though I purchased this on THEIR site and they told me if I showed screen shots they would refund me. This is the last straw. I'm switching to another platform. They can kiss my $400/month goodbye.

Zoom operates with extremely questionable renewal practices that every customer should be aware of.I purchased a 12-month subscription with no intention to renew. Zoom failed to send any renewal reminder, automatically attempted to charge me again without notice (breaching UK/EU consumer law), and refused multiple cancellation requests — even though no payment was successful, and no services were used.Their support team repeats the same scripted excuses and hides behind vague “fairness” arguments, ignoring their own Terms of Service which allow termination for nonpayment after 5 days. Instead of fixing the issue, they prioritize squeezing customers into unwanted, unpaid renewals to protect their own profits.This is not how ethical businesses operate.I am taking my complaint to Citizens Advice, the Consumer Ombudsman, and other regulatory authorities.If you value transparency, fairness, and customer service — stay away from Zoom.

Your software is useless for a company that is not just a freelancer - does not allow admin access (i.e. my admin to just do my expenses, but not see financials). Your expense function does not allow sorting anymore once it was filtered, so I cannot just filter it to expenses this year and them sort so I can find wrong entries. I have to now review all unsorted. Switching to Quickbooks as soon as we have time and now that tax season is over. The price is literally the only thing you have going for yourself

I used to love duo but the new learning pathway is dreadful. With the old duo I could easily see which section to go to to practise certain skills - not so with the updated version - everything is mixed up. Looks like I’m going to have to find a new in line learning course.

I've been using this bible app for years, happily. But now, in the last couple of weeks they've introduced a new app and I don't like it. For example, I had the option to arrange the Books in the Bible alphabetically which can make it quicker for me sometimes. That feature has been removed. It's not really user friendly anymore. Why fix something that's already working? I'm going to uninstall and look for another app. I don't think my comments will make any difference though.

I've been using the free version of Asana for almost 1.5 years and it's one of the best tools to manage a team's projects and tasks. Loved its mobile application more than the web version though. The best part is its auto-save feature and automated email reminders of pending tasks. 10/10 for the UI as well.

Useless… I tried generating a GTA like image based on a photo I’ve uploaded, and it made me 3 times black and twice some sort of asian. I wrote that I was white and I wanted a photo of myself, not a black or mixed race guy. Received another 5 images of photos where I was black. What sort of artificial intelligence is this if it doesn’t understand a simple “I am white” prompt? more like artificial stupidity…
