Lack of desire to solve issuesby email. No access to technicians providing phone support. Only phone support is available for trivial matters. Components advertised as supporting/being compatible but then when used do not function as advertised. When contacted, customer support pass the blame. Poor. Wish I'd checked this before order my motherboard...
