Title: Delta Airlines: Disappointing Ticket Cancellation Policy and Paltry RefundsAs a frequent traveler, I've encountered my fair share of airline policies, but none have been as frustrating and disappointing as Delta Airlines' ticket cancellation policy. Let me start by saying that the 24-hour cancellation window is ridiculously short and unforgiving. Life happens, plans change, and sometimes circumstances force you to alter your travel arrangements beyond this restrictive timeframe. However, Delta seems to lack any empathy or flexibility in this regard.Recently, I had to cancel a ticket I had purchased due to unforeseen circumstances. Imagine my dismay when I realized that I had to cancel within a mere 24 hours of booking to be eligible for any refund whatsoever. This policy is not only inconvenient but also entirely unreasonable. It essentially forces travelers into a rushed decision-making process, leaving no room for any change of plans or emergencies that may arise shortly after booking.But the disappointment didn't end there. Upon canceling my ticket, I was shocked to discover that Delta imposed a hefty $99 cancellation fee. To add insult to injury, they offered me a measly $91 refund for a ticket that originally cost $200. It's simply outrageous that Delta sees fit to penalize their customers to such an extent for exercising their right to cancel within the designated timeframe.The $99 cancellation fee policy feels like a slap in the face to loyal customers who have already invested a significant amount of money in their travel plans. It's a clear case of Delta prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction and goodwill. Such predatory practices not only tarnish the airline's reputation but also erode trust and loyalty among passengers.In conclusion, Delta Airlines' abysmal ticket cancellation policy and paltry refunds demonstrate a blatant disregard for customer convenience and fairness. Travelers beware: unless you're absolutely certain of your plans within 24 hours of booking, be prepared to forfeit a substantial portion of your hard-earned money to Delta's unreasonable fees.

Horrible support! My website shows active when it is not active and they have no timeline. The error is on their end and there is no refund of money for a service they aren't providing. SUCKS!!! DON'T DO IT!

Never use this organisation, booked a holiday via the app and later looked on my mobile phone and same hotel £115 cheaper!!! Literally customer service online was the worst I have ever experienced. AVOID this company, one price for app users and a better one if you aren’t on the app! Can see why this app has such an appalling rating!

I had a terrible stay and Hotels.com suggest they have no power to refund.

I had a terrible stay at The Social Hub Glasgow through Hotels.com where the hotel decided to use an electric power drill all night (12am-3:30am). Not a nextdoor property, but literally inside the hotel.Hotels.com not only told me they could not refund me for my evening of torture-by-Bosch, but they also refuse to post my negative review about the stay at The Social Hub, Glasgow. This is dishonest, as other guests have been allowed to post positive review (presumably when Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen wasn't filming in the next room at 3am,) whilst Hotels.com refuse to publish my fair but negative review.I have written over and over requesting them to do so and they refuse/don't answer.Both dishonest and useless (why can't they demand a refund??)

We have been using Bitdefender for many years now (+-7), flawless. Does the job perfect and does not (at all) slow down our devices.Goes very well on our smartphones (android) too. Recent contact with customerservice was very quick and good. Problem solved almost "on the spot". So we will surely keep using their software. Thanks !

Emotionally I feel let down by All Recipes who sold out.

I have LOVED this app for years. I was happy to accept ads in proportion to the services. I appreciate that someone has to pay someone for something!! Moving past the last few months of total chaos, today, May 30, 2025. I tried to log in to my account to reconnect with my Collection. I find myself going around in circles. A link to move me forward takes me back to where I was!! Today, I wave goodbye to all the recipes I have saved and loved, and the New management. I appreciate that writing this note is therapy for me. The chances of management reading this is slim to none. Whatever $$ was paid for this program has been squandered by both new buyer and the sellers' ROI.. Short-term thinking. They will rue the day!!!

Horrible bank and here is why

Horrible bank and here is why. I had my card stolen about 2 weeks ago and it was used about 62 miles North of my location while I was at work. Obviously wells Fargo shut the card off and issued me a new card and reimbursed me the money lost. So 2 weeks later today actually they withdraw the money they reimbursed me and through my account into the negative then insult to injury the charge me a overdraft fee lol k so I call their dumb a**** and ask what the heck. I get the response of oo looks like you lost the "claim"! What claim and how do I loose the "claim" which no one informed me of. Also I have federal documentation that shows I was infact at work the day that someone 62 miles away used my card. I get the response of that unfortunately isnt my department so let me transfer you. 45 mins later someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. THE WORST BANK EVER DO NOT USE THEM. There are so many other banks out there dont trust wells fargo they will take your money.

Vor etwa einem Monat habe ich einen Internetanschluss von Vodafone für meine Wohnung in Köln bestellt. Aufgrund eines Problems im Gebäude war zunächst keine Verbindung möglich. Dieses Problem konnte ich innerhalb eines Tages gemeinsam mit der Hausverwaltung beheben. Alles, was nun noch fehlte, war der Anschluss durch einen Vodafone-Techniker.Seit über drei Wochen versuche ich nun, einen Technikertermin zu bekommen – bisher ohne Erfolg. Ich arbeite im Homeoffice, und die vorübergehend bereitgestellte Wi-Fi Box ist extrem langsam und unbrauchbar für produktives Arbeiten.Die Kundenhotline ist kaum erreichbar. Wenn ich durchkomme, werde ich gebeten, zu warten, und kurz darauf wird das Gespräch einfach beendet – ohne Erklärung.Ich fordere dringend, dass sich ein Verantwortlicher bei Vodafone bei mir meldet und dieses Problem löst. Als zahlender Kunde fühle ich mich ignoriert und allein gelassen. Diese Art von Kundenservice ist inakzeptabel. I work remotely from home, and the temporary Wi-Fi box they provided is extremely slow and unreliable.Reaching customer support is nearly impossible. Every time I call, I'm told to "please hold," only for the call to suddenly be dropped without any explanation.I urgently request that someone from Vodafone contacts me directly and resolves this issue. As a paying customer, I feel ignored and completely unsupported. This level of service is unacceptable, and I deeply regret choosing Vodafone. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Had a bracket break from my Logitech Wireless Pro X and attempted a warranty repair or replacement only to be offered a different, lower quality model.SARATHKUMAR PAWAR who was dealing with the warrenty repair marked the issue as solved when clearly it wasn't... Seems like their customer service agents not only know nothing of the ACCC laws, but also only chase results for their KPI's. I will never purchase a logitech product again after this and will be submitting a formal complaint to the ACCC.ACCC formal report ID: accc-report:410988
