Horrible bank and here is why

Horrible bank and here is why. I had my card stolen about 2 weeks ago and it was used about 62 miles North of my location while I was at work. Obviously wells Fargo shut the card off and issued me a new card and reimbursed me the money lost. So 2 weeks later today actually they withdraw the money they reimbursed me and through my account into the negative then insult to injury the charge me a overdraft fee lol k so I call their dumb a**** and ask what the heck. I get the response of oo looks like you lost the "claim"! What claim and how do I loose the "claim" which no one informed me of. Also I have federal documentation that shows I was infact at work the day that someone 62 miles away used my card. I get the response of that unfortunately isnt my department so let me transfer you. 45 mins later someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. THE WORST BANK EVER DO NOT USE THEM. There are so many other banks out there dont trust wells fargo they will take your money.
