Had a bracket break from my Logitech Wireless Pro X and attempted a warranty repair or replacement only to be offered a different, lower quality model.SARATHKUMAR PAWAR who was dealing with the warrenty repair marked the issue as solved when clearly it wasn't... Seems like their customer service agents not only know nothing of the ACCC laws, but also only chase results for their KPI's.
