TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought two charms on 12th June. One was fine the other was for the essence bracelet so too small. I was in the vulnerable group so had to get someone to return for me. This was done on the 22nd June and according to post office tracking service was received by Pandora on the 24th June. Heard nothing from them so used their email contact service. Received three different stock emails nine answering my query so I rang. Waited some 15 minutes for a reply to be told they had received parcel and the refund would be treated as urgent. In 5th July received an email to say refund had been arranged. Heard nothing so last week sent an email to ask where refund was. Again stock response so rang and was advised that the refund would be made in 21st July. Still waiting. Will not use online service again!!

They will waste your time sending you back-and-forth between themselves until you give up or the exchange time limit passes. Do not be patient or you will be $%$@%. You probably are anyway.Refuses to honor their warranty. They come up with a bunch of random excuses that don't make sense. You better hope your product never has a problem. My LG 5k monitor literally fell apart in 2 months. The bezel became unglued (probably due to the monitor heating up) snapped apart then the weight cracked it until self-destructed into a pile on my desk at night. LG refused to cover it under warranty.

I am a long time Infusionsoft user and partner (10+ years) and for most of that time I would have given Infusionsoft 4 stars and some of the time even 5 stars. Currently, Infusionsoft is going through a transition that is not easy for users, customers and partners. This transition may or may not be necessary, but either way it is unsettling.

Policy regarding not merging separate currencies in account

Update: Support reached out to me to refund the account balance. It was helpful, but this should have been the first response, not after so much trouble. Account funds get locked up in different currencies if you switch them and add to existing balance. I had to keep adding extra money to make a time-sensitive payment for an domain while my account had more than sufficient funds!

How many times do I need to unsubscribe from this magazine? Unsubscribed at least seven times and the fact that I never subscribed in the first place is just so annoying it just really annoys me when rubbish like this arrives in my inbox. Doesn't look like I can upload pictures or screenshots but trust me it is really annoying when a company just carries on doing things you don't want them to especially when you you never signed up in the first place to be fair it's borderline harassment and it's got to stop

Not great for YouTube

There's a lot of things included with your membership but it's hard to find what you need. If you're using music from envato on YouTube, you're videos will be demonetized the minute you post them and you'll need to dispute it. It takes a few days to get that cleared because the license holders are overzealous so you won't get paid for several days for that video. I don't recommend envato for YouTube for that reason. Most views come in those first few days while you're disputing the copyright strike. It sucks because I did license three music. I shouldn't have to deal with this but it happens for every single video with their music. I've heard that doesn't happen if you use music from story blocks.

He stole my kids chips and a burger!

I'm actually fed up and full of rage, ordered a burger feast from KFC and the dasher stole one of them, the black sticker tag was folded over itself on the same tab and he rolled it up like a lunch bag, my kids came to the door excited to have takeaway as it's the first time in 2 months and he's even helped himself and touched their chips, who knows what germs was on his hands... I'm f*ked off, $60 and he stole part of my order and stole from the kids dinner, what a low act. The guy looked 30-40 (Name: Paramjit. near Eagleby and Beenleigh QLDHave a talk to your driver, I won't be using DoorDash again, Thief's.

Member since November 2018,following 2-5 content creators with $ 1- $ 60 per month (not much, but I didn't find that $ 1- $ 60 could cause Patreon account to be closed), payments are always smooth. Never ask for a refund through the card provider bank, never distribute content obtained from the creators, never post messages and comment with bad/dirty words, and never ask for other people's personal information/data.Doing a credit card replacement just because the old card has expired 12/2019.Every month the payments went smoothly, I received content from the creators well, and did not experience any problems/difficulties using Patreon. Poor packing. Online order arrived broken.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a set of dishes as a gift. When they arrived, the box of dishes was in another box over twice its size, cushioned with only two sheets of packing paper, and no fragile labels anywhere in sight. The inner box on dishes was coming apart at its seams, likely from how beaten up it must have gotten in transit. Unsurprisingly, some of the dishes were broken when I opened the inner box. I’m actually shocked that more of them were not broken. I think a 5 year old probably could have packed this more securely. Customer service is supposedly mailing a replacement and sending me a return level. I have zero confidence the replacement set will arrive in any better condition, and am frustrated I now have to repack and mail this set for a return. Buyer beware of poor packaging and wasteful practices at Macy’s online.
