TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought two charms on 12th June. One was fine the other was for the essence bracelet so too small. I was in the vulnerable group so had to get someone to return for me. This was done on the 22nd June and according to post office tracking service was received by Pandora on the 24th June. Heard nothing from them so used their email contact service. Received three different stock emails nine answering my query so I rang. Waited some 15 minutes for a reply to be told they had received parcel and the refund would be treated as urgent. In 5th July received an email to say refund had been arranged. Heard nothing so last week sent an email to ask where refund was. Again stock response so rang and was advised that the refund would be made in 21st July. Still waiting. Will not use online service again!!
