My laptop fan stopped working 1 year and 2 days after the warranty expired. I called and finally got through to a real person after getting lost in their ridiculous phone maze. They sent me a box to in which to return the laptop for repair but the wrong name is on the shipping label. I called to correct my information and after running through the maze and waiting a very long time on hold I was cut off. I tried their support website but the error message says it no longer exists. This is a very sketchy operation with poor quality products. Beware!

Horrible customer service, probably the worst I have experienced in a long time. I bought the web builder pro subscription and at a later time I bought the the basic hosting but they would not let me add the elementor pro plugin that I just paid 100 dollars for onto their own hosted site! how unbelieve is that? I tried to get it resolved with customer support and had zero traction. If this is how they treat their paying customer I don't want to be around. I quickly cancelled the hosting subscription and got refunded,.

I had a problem in the past w/a shyster ebay seller in TX, had to spend many days contacting ebay to finally get them to fix it, they were hard to deal with, even had to endure harassment from their "chatbot"(!?!)So stayed away for awhile, then slowly came back, but not to the same extent as before.Now I have been shystered from some company or individual or whatever from China, lost my refund that was said was going to come to me, & ebay is NO help, they go by "rules" that makes it where you can get shystered & there's no help.On my end I did everything I was supposed to do, & still NO REFUND.I even said something about this last situation right away, it seemed that the seller had sent me a bogus return label, but from ebay "crickets", they never helped, then it got "past the time", while the so called seller kept assuring me there would be a refund, & now you can not even talk to them (ebay or the "seller") about it, it is "closed".But they let these sellers keep selling on the platform(!?!) I think it's obvious it's because ebay profits from it.Order number: 26-12438-94220 (Ordered: 12/13/2024)."Seller": lgf199_1 What a shame.

The worst customer service on Earth. Created a ticket 4 days ago and it's still pending.When you run a multi billion dollar industry atleast offer basic good email support? It's been really difficult to reach themMy app crashed and I wanted to reach them but no way I could. I had to revert back to my original DNS. First they force you to take DNS Even though you only want the CDN. It's so complicated.Only way to reach to support even business or pro plan is email😐. Most companies offer email support.

Trash customer support cant call them or have some sort of chat. They blocked my account because of age restriction while im an adult and there is no way to fix that age. They now ask for my guardians id and stuff like that. There is NO option saying that this is wrong nothing else I can do to contact. Just terrible.
