Lied to when we signed up. Were told the machines made a sound if the card is declined. Have it in writing. Julie Vanderplank (rep) happily lied to get the sale and when it was escalated to her 'boss' Dan Webb wasted our time, ignored us for days on end then admitted he was unable to do anything at all to resolve any issue and we would need to be referred to the complaints team. He did not mention there would be a six week wait to time to resolve it. Dishonest and unprofessional. We have already emailed the email address you are providing and no one has replied. Welbooks LTD and I am happy to provide our MID if anyone bothers to contact us.

So had enough of this company and its diabolical delivery service and non existent customer service department! Never get my delivery’s, they always say it’s been handed to the resident , but it’s never here ! Plus you have to jump through so many hoops to actually speak to someone . Just the constant fob off until you eventually give up ! This company use to be good , now it’s toilet !

I loved using WETransfer but I upgraded to PRO last week on a monthly basis as was sending a big file and was billed for 12 months in one go - not for a month. However, no customer service links? No chatbot? No help button? No Contact Us page - very poor for a subscription-based website/service. Alas, what I thought was a good honourable brand has let me down, very very disappointing. Luckily I purchased thru PayPal, so have reported to them as well.

Looks like my gifts were something from an old flee market!! Bought perfume gift sets online for convenience (not convenient) for my nieces for Christmas and when they arrived the boxes were all ripped and seals broken like they'd been previously used or open by someone else! I purchased 6!! I contacted Zara via there WhatsApp 2 full days of conversations because 1.5 hours between replies from Zara on day 1 had to restart the complaint on day 2! To be told they send me out replacements however I'd have to get the other items back to them within 7 days. Or I'd be charged again! Baring in mind I purchased these for Christmas online, because I own a salon and cannot get out I'm fully booked in this period! Hence buying online !! So can't risk to be charged again for faulty items! So now left with crappy presents!! Such low value items- such poor customer service I'd never use them again!

Top notch products from this company. Bought a mouse a few months back and never regretted it. It's tactile and sleek to the touch, very responsive. I didn't even expect such quality from a 40$ mouse. Will definitely buy more of their products in the future.
