I loved using WETransfer but I upgraded to PRO last week on a monthly basis as was sending a big file and was billed for 12 months in one go - not for a month. However, no customer service links? No chatbot? No help button? No Contact Us page - very poor for a subscription-based website/service. Alas, what I thought was a good honourable brand has let me down, very very disappointing. Luckily I purchased thru PayPal, so have reported to them as well.
