Lied to when we signed up. Were told the machines made a sound if the card is declined. Have it in writing. Julie Vanderplank (rep) happily lied to get the sale and when it was escalated to her 'boss' Dan Webb wasted our time, ignored us for days on end then admitted he was unable to do anything at all to resolve any issue and we would need to be referred to the complaints team. He did not mention there would be a six week wait to time to resolve it. Dishonest and unprofessional. We have already emailed the email address you are providing and no one has replied.
