Jimdo was all OK at the beginning.We used it for our band Web page.After four years, we stopped and also cancelled our JimdoPro Domain. I do have confirmation.After a year, Jimdo simply restarted my subscription. No email or no authorization. I realized this after receiving a threatening letter from the company called PAIR (you can call them online mafia) . They threaten to increase the amount if don't continue paying.After contacting Jimdo, they wrote me that i cancelled my subscription but not the contract.This simply is a new way of scam and i am pretty sure it works with many ex-customers, as many gets scared for those additional costs. Avoid Jimdo. They are not fair or ethical company.I will update here after the lawsuit.Update: To the response below, there was no information or contact beforehand about the renewal. This is simply not true. @Jimdo: Stop misinforming. This doesn't make it any better.

Now this document is splattered all over the Internet and I'm the one trying to clean it up.So, what I'm, saying is they broke the Act of Parliament which is their only job to police and enforce! DeepL has started letting AI finish the sentence you you are in the process of typing in. And translate their version of what they think you are going to write. And they don't warn you. For the persons who do not have some knowledge of the target language, it is very dangerous since they don't know that DeepL has translated a sentence that is completely different. I started translating a sentence in English to French. And when I had typed "It is probably a consequence of age, but more and more, I find that the people", DeepL had already written a translation that in English says: "It's probably a consequence of age, but more and more, I find that people who have health problems are not the same as those who have health problems. " DeepL finished the unwritten part of the sentence out of the blue air. But did not add it in the English window, only in the translation, so the user is unaware. And the sentence doesn't even make sense. AI as in Automated Idiocy!

Whilst is saddens me a little to post this review as a supporter of the Trust . My wife and I who live local to Kinver Edge and regularly visit we today shocked and surprised by a member of the Trust staff called Louise. Her attitude , tone and rudeness far outweighed her role in supervising people seeking to support the on site cafe. Notwithstanding Vivid she clearly delights in bossing people about and needs to realise just how unfriendly and patronising she is. Such a shame others we have encountered all seem lovely. Think someone needs to enlighten her to the face that perception is reality. No doubt she would be very defensive if given feedback her type often are.

My office had a HP print at your service agreement, which means you lease a printer and they send you ink and paper automatically. We have had three replacement printers all set up by HP engineers, non of these have been sending ink level updates, when we contact HP via the phone or email they are absolutly useless, no one in the customer service department seems to have a clue what is going on and often you get three replies to an email, non of which answer your question. We ended up buying our supplies seperately in order to keep the office going. We are still fighting to get out of the contract now due to lack of supplies, temprimentl equitment and they have the nerv to try and charge us for it even though they are the ones in breach of the terms of our agreement.
