Jimdo was all OK at the beginning.We used it for our band Web page.After four years, we stopped and also cancelled our JimdoPro Domain. I do have confirmation.After a year, Jimdo simply restarted my subscription. No email or no authorization. I realized this after receiving a threatening letter from the company called PAIR (you can call them online mafia) . They threaten to increase the amount if don't continue paying.After contacting Jimdo, they wrote me that i cancelled my subscription but not the contract.This simply is a new way of scam and i am pretty sure it works with many ex-customers, as many gets scared for those additional costs. Avoid Jimdo. They are not fair or ethical company.I will update here after the lawsuit.Update: To the response below, there was no information or contact beforehand about the renewal. This is simply not true. @Jimdo: Stop misinforming. This doesn't make it any better.
