AVOID PRINT AT YOUR SERVICE - HP

My office had a HP print at your service agreement, which means you lease a printer and they send you ink and paper automatically. We have had three replacement printers all set up by HP engineers, non of these have been sending ink level updates, when we contact HP via the phone or email they are absolutly useless, no one in the customer service department seems to have a clue what is going on and often you get three replies to an email, non of which answer your question. We ended up buying our supplies seperately in order to keep the office going. We are still fighting to get out of the contract now due to lack of supplies, temprimentl equitment and they have the nerv to try and charge us for it even though they are the ones in breach of the terms of our agreement.
