For a company selling products at thousands of dollars the customer service is terrible.No way of getting a quick appointment of worst of being able to show up at the store and find help.Very good at selling but when the problems linked to the mediocre quality of the products surfaces the service is inexistent. Shame on you

Bought two laptops from this company, had for about six moths - both of which experienced total failure of the screens, one of them would repeatedly crash when plugged in. Contacted ASUS, was told they would not repair it despite the warranty being intact. Would not recommend.

Bad Delivery from IKea Belgium !To Harry Potter !They use Belgique transporter that are not nice to the client,and they forget half of the order !!!!!ust got my delivery from Ikea today and sadly nothing has change since I was 9 years old . If you order from Ikea you always miss a screw ,a table or chair , they load the car in the morning andforget to deliver all at one time , the same in 1980 nothing has change at all !IKEA is like ALDI you have to do all your self , ALDI you must discover where is the food you need , and IKEA you must put all together your self, but there is always something missing from your order.People always wonder why is DHL the world must succesfull company , and why ? Because they do things correct the first time!Now a driver need to come and deliver me my legs for my IKEA table next week because the driver forget it in the morning ,when he left theCentral.????So stop shopping online in Luxembourg because they will deliver your order with a Belgium transporter thatforget half of your order you paid fore.And even you paid for full assemble in the room of your choice and the order clear say all emballage transporter will take back with him the Belgian marocan driver will question this " do I have to take the emballage back with me ?LOL LOL LOL Total Louis De Funès movie !

After An OS change for unrelated reasons, I reinstalled Backblaze or at least tried to. Response from support is usually one reply every 24 hrs, different agents every time, faults not addressed and after 4 weeks I decided no more, they are crap. Worked fine for cirst year or so but when needed, a waste of money. AVOID, use incremental backup, usb discs and a fireproof box.

Been with Paypal for 2 decades now. They Are not what they once were where you had some protections. I've had 2 exchanges now where we have had deliveries that were either extremely damaged I did not come at all. In one case the package was delivered to someone else's address and even the photo evidence that was provided was not my home. The second was from "Good Chop" and a pacakge was delivered with pershiables a day late and the package was destroyed. It had all contents melted. Pictures and video was taken of all of this. Disputes were filed both times and we're denied. I will stopping the use of PayPal moving forward and I would highly advise anyone who decides to use them as a transaction site and expects any protections whatsoever to use another vendor. PAYPAL not on your side anymore for legitimate issues with failed deliveries.

I bought a package which includes Air+Car+Hotel two months before my travel date. Our flight was delayed due to dust storm in Chicago area. When we arrived at Atlanta it was late almost passed midnight. When we arrived at the car rental counter at Alamo the representative told us they don’t have any more cars available because it is first come first serve basis even we had reservations almost two months ago. We took the Uber to go to hotel which cost me around $55 at that time of night. Then next day rented a car from Enterprise which cost $155. When asked for a refund Expedia said they need to contact Alamo. After 3 days now they are saying Alamo didn’t approve refund and that is why they cannot issue refund. This is nothing but a deliberate scam set up by Expedia. They are difficult to get hold of and no phone numbers to talk to live person to explain only via chat to some morons from India or somewhere in LaLa land. Expedia is a criminal enterprise and scammer. Do not buy from them, save your money.

I’m really disappointed with WP Engine. First of all, the pricing is ridiculously high compared to other hosting options. For the amount they charge, I expected top-notch service, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. I submitted a support ticket and here I am, two days later, still waiting for a response. The lack of urgency from their support team is frustrating.To top it off, they charged me an extra £1 when I first signed up, and I still haven’t received a refund.

I would like to suggest that Printful consider removing the limited customization area on products and instead offer the option for full-surface customization. This would allow for greater creative freedom and more impactful designs.
