MEGA is a great company and I love using this platform. I gave it 5 stars because they were so helpful when I needed help and contacted them via email. I had wanted to cancel my monthly subscription as I didn't want an ongoing debit but I couldn't figure out how to do it. So I contacted Help / Support. First I checked the Help section online - it said "Open Mega, then click on the main menu, then click on Plan then cancel your subscription from there. But for some reason I couldn't find it or see the option on the screen.So I contacted them by email and they told me the exact same thing as I found in the Help support section earlier, but for some reason, this time I could see the option and proceeded to cancel my subscription successfully.Thanks guys for your help. Maybe I need a new pair of glasses. Lol. Don't know how I missed it the first time. lol.Keep up the good work.
