Ordered a book in April 2021

I ordered a book (to be gifted) in April 2021. It was supposed to arrive in July. The shipping date has been pushed back three time since then and now the book is saying it will come in November. However, when I go to check on the status of my order number, it can not find it. I copy/pasted the order number they gave me in the email. Apparently that order doesn’t exist. I tried doing the web chat, it just kept sending me to the help center where I saw no options to chat with someone. I tried calling the 1-800 number but no one was available. This sucks and I will not order from B&N again after this.
