Clover has the WORST customer service

Clover has the WORST customer service. I purchased the Clover GO, momthly service fee of $4.95. Clover Apps started billing me for $29, for the Clover Register Bundle. I contacted support and was told I could not get a refund! Excuse me! I'm billed for a service I don't have. After numerous calls, I still don't have the refund. I have cancelled my service.

Sadly I agree about the female voice- the app is amazing but I can listen to her meditations although I’m sure they a sincere and high quality…I enjoyed Lebrons masterclass. I love John Armstrong’s meditation!

Sub-par alpha quality compared to Slack.

Very slow, clunky interface, with far too much hierarchy involved! You can't just create a channel with a specific group of people you create a team and a channel. Web app says it's a preview on Safari (macOS system browser) and doesn't work with default settings. Searching seems to often crash the web UI, and due to "persistance" if you close and re-start it re-does the search and crashes again, forcing you to clear browser data.

Don't waste your time shopping with them

Purchased a product. Order was canceled after a week of it being "In Handling" what a load of hooey. Won't ever be shopping here again. Staff answered my emails when I asked for an update but could never give me a real reason about why it was in handling for so long. Don't waste your time here

BOX IS A SCAM

Went for "free trial" on April 3, 2024.When the Box app failed to open a file, I immediately canceled. Less than 14 days later, Box took $540.00 out of my banking account. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFO. BOX will screw you, you can't call anyone at Box by phone and speak to a real person.

I FEEL LIKE SHE IS PREJUDICE WITH ANIMALS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A LAB/TERRIOR/BULL MIX TO BRING AT THIS LOCATION. (THE RENTON HIGHLANDS PETCO). SOME ONE NEEDS TO EVALUATE AND/OR TERMINATE.

Yelp is a terrible review site, they allow false information to be published and won't take it down despite being given detailed information and explanations as to why reviews are not true. They also refuse to remove your business listing from their website when asked to do so. Avoid using this site at all costs!

Appalling customer service - was incorrectly charged for a service I didn't sign up for or use, and repeatedly told I could not be refunded. A sum of money that would cost the org nothing but for me makes a difference - very short term thinking.

I think the many 1-star reviews speak…

I think the many 1-star reviews speak for themselves. But I will write my review regardless. When I bought this subscription, I was under the impression I would be able to read more than one book. Once I created my list of favorites and started reading, a day later, the book I was reading, as well as the rest of the books on my list, were all marked as "currently not available". I tried contacting customer service for this problem but was told it would be available on February 6th. Not surprisingly, that´s the date my subscription ends. As a reader and a customer, I don´t want to pay for a subscription for reading books with no guarantee that I´ll be able to finish them. This isn´t just bad customer service but a horrible marketing strategy.
