Awful platform.

Awful platform.Like many I have had the problem of trying to sell my crypto. If you use a market order you will simply get a terrible price. Try using a target sell order and it won’t execute. Tried to sell £1000 of Bitcoin at a price £500 below the market price and it wouldn’t go through when I left it for days. Their excuse is “liquidity”. Absolute joke!

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. Phone extensions are not working. Tried reaching out to tech support and it takes a week to go back and forth when it could be a 10min fix. Extremely frustrating platform to use.

Tesla’s support service is THE worst. They will not answer your questions and close service request randomly. They make it incredibly hard to talk to a human and thier text support is slow and nearly useless

Lose streaming service too frequently, and problems are not resolved in a timely manner. Overall, really poor service. I should have stayed with YouTube TV which is much more reliable.

I paid for their mistake -- twice

I paid for their mistake -- twice! They sent the wrong color bathmat twice, and then charged me to return the second one. I tried to deal with their Resolution e-mail service and got absolutely nowhere. I will never buy online from them again.

We joined YouTubeTV 04/02/2019 & have been a customer up until 05/26/20, so almost a year. The other day they sent me a message to "update viewing area." When I clicked on it the only option was the NY area when we live in Connecticut. NY is about an hour away! If you search the best streaming service in CT, YouTubeTV comes up & mentions Hartford, which is CT. While we really like YTTV over all the other streaming services, we were forced to change to FuboTV to re-gain access to CT local channels. The service is great otherwise & we are extremely disappointed that we had to close our account due to their decisions.
