A complete waste of time, this is the second time the ICO have backed barclaycard who are holding on to information on me for over twelve years on a closed account. The information that was relevant in the complaint, the ICO said they couldn't deal with it and referred me back to barclaycard. As someone else said on here a complete waste of tax payers money. I'll never use them again as they always side with the banks.

Let people use there money.... My husband has to file a complaint with the BBB......my husband and I have accounts with venmo I never had a problem until my husband signed up and he had sent me money and they froze both of our accounts they since unfrozen mine because I have nothing in it but he is still froze and he DID EVERYTHING they told him to do including send a picture of his license and a picture with him holding his license and they still will not unfreeze it and we have bills and rent that are occurring late fees so now we have no other choice then the BBB to file a complaint... so if you don't need your money then this is the app for you. If you need your money please do not get this app!!! It stinkssssss

HP Customer Services, Simply the best as the song goes and the problem I had with my Envy Aspire 7900e series printer. After investigation of an issue I had with printing, sending me a replacement printer with what appeared to have the same printing issue, taking over my printer and computer it was found the issue was with a Microsoft programme and the issue I had was resolved. On top of this they gave me free ink supplies for a time as a valued customer. Their handling of the problem from start to finish was exemplary, professional, understanding, courteous, and so much more. Writing an HP customer review on their website was a pleasure to give. What an outstanding company. I could only click on a five star rating on their web site, but here's another five, HP you are without doubt as I said before. Simply The Best. Thank you.**********

Dropbox randomly deleted my files and there is no one who will answer any communications to see if this can be fixed. Personal photos of my children, including a video I spent weeks putting together were all erased from my files without warning. I 100% did not do this myself and I am using far less than the file limit I have paid for. I will never trust this service again.

Everything is good when you put money on it. As soon as you want to withdraw money, things go wrong. The moment you press sell, they ensure that the price changes. Cashing out a few thousand Euros (converted from USDT) ended up costing me €1300. I used Binance and now use Coinmerce and Coinbase, which are reliable when paying out. So it is better to use another broker, Crypto.com cannot really be trusted.Already contacted chat support. It's not about difficulties but about trust. And yes, I finally pressed 'agree with the price' once to convert the BUSD. But it is striking that every time you want to convert/sell something, the price drops so much that you make a significant loss.For the rest, I do use the app for CRO stakes, but I will not trade with it any further.Nevertheless, the app is nice and clear. The CreditCard is nice. I think they shot themselves in the foot by offering so much and this is no longer sustainable in the current market. All of this will have to be paid for somewhere.
