Dropbox randomly deleted my files and there is no one who will answer any communications to see if this can be fixed. Personal photos of my children, including a video I spent weeks putting together were all erased from my files without warning. I 100% did not do this myself and I am using far less than the file limit I have paid for. I will never trust this service again.
