A complete waste of time, this is the second time the ICO have backed barclaycard who are holding on to information on me for over twelve years on a closed account. The information that was relevant in the complaint, the ICO said they couldn't deal with it and referred me back to barclaycard. As someone else said on here a complete waste of tax payers money. I'll never use them again as they always side with the banks.
