Let people use there money.... My husband has to file a complaint with the BBB......my husband and I have accounts with venmo I never had a problem until my husband signed up and he had sent me money and they froze both of our accounts they since unfrozen mine because I have nothing in it but he is still froze and he DID EVERYTHING they told him to do including send a picture of his license and a picture with him holding his license and they still will not unfreeze it and we have bills and rent that are occurring late fees so now we have no other choice then the BBB to file a complaint... so if you don't need your money then this is the app for you. If you need your money please do not get this app!!! It stinkssssss
