HP Customer Services, Simply the best as the song goes and the problem I had with my Envy Aspire 7900e series printer. After investigation of an issue I had with printing, sending me a replacement printer with what appeared to have the same printing issue, taking over my printer and computer it was found the issue was with a Microsoft programme and the issue I had was resolved. On top of this they gave me free ink supplies for a time as a valued customer. Their handling of the problem from start to finish was exemplary, professional, understanding, courteous, and so much more. Writing an HP customer review on their website was a pleasure to give.
