I ordered items for my grandmother online. One of the items did not come in the order. I have been trying to get a hold of Macy’s for the past 3 weeks and when I finally figure out what buttons to press to speak to a live agent, I get hung up on by that automated recording. No, my issue cannot be solved online, because they are not responding to emails. I need to speak with a live agent. My poor grandmother deserves to get her money back for the item she did not receive.

5 May - ordered through Lenovo Singapore, 6-9 business day turnaround cited5 - 17 May - Lenovo unable to locate our payment despite us sending proof of payment and us using the correct reference number. They eventually found it by looking up our bank account name, which they didn't bother to do initially...17 May - we were told that the 6-9 business day turnaround would apply from now, given the delay in locating the payment. We decided to cancel the order and order through another supplier as we could not wait this longAfter cancellation, they told us they would not refund to an overseas bank account, despite RECEIVING our funds from an overseas bank account. This was not stipulated in their T&Cs anywhere23 June - after following up every single day, they have agreed to refund us, less international bank charges (haven't advised us how much this will be) which we are agreeable to. They have our bank detailsAs at 7 August - I have been emailing them every 1-2 days, with no response. The last response I received was 20 July. I have several email addresses (sgcs@,seapayments@,hk1@,apreturn@,pcdaba_my@) that I am attempting to contact. Checked our order status today and it says that the laptop was actually delivered to our address, which is completely untrue. Concerned that I will never get back these funds. I've wasted hours and hours trying to contact them and has been a nightmarish experience. Avoid ordering through Lenovo Singapore at all costs.TLDR - paid $1,500+ 3 months ago, have been following up for 3 months to get a refund; Lenovo Singapore stopped replying to me 3 weeks ago.

I have ordered the product from Ultra beauty and I saw later that that product are almost half rate at Amazon. I requested cancellation but after trying to contact entire day they did not cancel my order which I had or 12 hours ago only. Their customer service is worst I have seen ever. They will never respond you back. I hope this will help to people who are thinking to buy things from here

Do not trust Google.I reported to Google a scam site. Who I checked out on trust pilot. I also checked out the scam company address and company details and they are completely false. But Google refuse to take down the scam site. Because they get revenue from it. Disgusting parasites !!!!
