GOG is my preferred games platform now.I've always had a high opinion of GOG but after needing to use the customer support I'm completely sold. If I can buy the title I want on GOG I will. The support was amazing and had me gaming again ASAP.Very well done GOG team!!
Review of capterra
For the most part, I have enjoyed using the capterra website to review different softwares and programs. It’s nice to have an incentive offered, to make users care to give an honest opinion. What i didn’t care for, is that other people I have spoken to that send in reviews, have been getting paid more than I have despite me leaving more thorough reviews. Sure they don’t have to offer any reward at all, but why not keep it fair?

Very disappointed.The internet was unreliable, and the customer service was confusing and inconsistent. I canceled my contract, returned everything immediately, and still received a bill weeks later – even though I didn’t use the service at all. This has not happened in the past. Overall, not a good experience.

Traveled to CA in July for my birthday. SouthWest did not care about their passengers! We sat for 5 hrs in a plane and in the terminal waiting on a new plane. The “potty” was out and we weren’t flying until we could get it fixed or a new plane. Neither happened for 5 hours. They never said a thing. We question them about vouchers after the five hour point and they did everything they could do to avoid the conversation. It was not only myself it was the entire gate asking. We were put off and put off and put off and put off! This is the worst airlines! It makes you want to apply for the job just to make it better. Come on Southwest stop treating people this way! We’re not your cattle! The vouchers just are not compensation. We want better service not more of the same terrible service!

Every one of these 1 star reviews are the complete opposite of the customer service I have received...My Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick went haywire on me out of the blue, so I went to their website and used the Chat Help option... the bot soon transferred me to an agent, who after determining the issues I was having, placed a request and was approved immediately to replace my item. This was on Wednesday, November 24th. . On Saturday the 27th I received an email stating that my replacement item had shipped and would arrive on December 3rd via FedEx.Piece of cake, wonderful customer service experience. Don't drink the Hater Kool Aid.

Our Lenova computer works just as it should, but the frame is starting to come apart. We still have 6 months on our warranty, but they tell us this is not covered. Its clearly not an abused computer, so what good is their warranty? Bunch of Bull......

Been using Gumroad for years, purchasing free products with no issue, however two days ago I JUST bought a zbrush product related to modelling, no problem there, however I look at my card, and found out there was REOCCURING charges on my card from the same purchase that was supposed to be a one-time purchase. I'm now awaiting a response on the refund I've issued, but I gotta admit, this is not a good first-impression of all the issues people have with the site and will definitely be blocking the card from this company and deleting my account from the site... I don't know if I'll get the refund or not later, but I'll echo other people's response. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Shame as they should be one of the few trusted news sources in the crypto space, however tribalism still exists and influences articles alike. Must improve and remove the agenda and actually report fact not fiction, regardless of crypto bias.

Have a pre-paid mobile locked to Telstra. Data usage is always very predictable over a month. Then for no explainable reason, all new data is very quickly wiped out. I buy more, and wiped again. I call Telstra. Long time on the phone, while staff attempt to see where the problem is. Nice. They are about to put me through to the tech team and we are cut off. And even though emailed a case number plus team members number, I can never reconnect with him again. But he did restore 30GB after spending time looking at usage pattern and dug deeper. But yet again, that data was quickly wiped. So Telstra app chat. I start the long story over and explain I need to speak to tech staff re a flaw. After another long chat long chat I'm told they found a glitch in their system that would have wiped the data and they're onto it. They replace 20GB of data March 11. And that's also wiped within 24 hours. On the app chat again a very long time and they ignore what they said about the glitch in their system and let it fall on my own shoulders. But the data wasn't used with proof of usage on phone. It happened once a couple of years ago with Telstra. But I'm not going to let it happen again!! Enough.
Review of Instagram
I couldn’t really find a way to contact Instagram directly so doing it here. I’ve noticed over the past few months that the number of hateful comments against posts is rising exponentially. The comments are really quite appalling and often completely unrelated to the post in question. I thought instagram was supposed to monitor this kind of thing. I see posts being just downright offensive, wishing people harm, spreading hate and making often personal and unacceptable comments that could really impact on someone’s mental wellbeing. I don’t use X or TikTok but I’m honestly sick of looking at posts and reading vile comments to a perfectly decent post. Im not sure when Instagram thought it was okay to allow users to behave so badly towards other users, and while I get everyone is entitled to an opinion, it’s way too easy to just blast off a despicable comment with no thought to the person on the receiving end. I hope someone from Instagram reads this and is taking note about what the hell is going on on their platform.
Review of X (Twitter)
Twitter is not run by Elon Musk, it is run by the NAFOS, NAFOs are the DogHeads. I have been using Twitter for about a year now without being warned etc. I found the content of the NAFOS tweets (showing dead bodies, wishing death to Russians etc.) disgusting and replied accordingly, within hours I received 7 complaints and as a result my account has been banned, I found out that this is done frequently by the NAFO’s and is accepted by twitter. The other reason is that the amount of posts you read has been limited, which makes Twitter really boring, I will be leaving Twitter as things are not as they seem.
