The restaurant for which I had expired groupon still insisted that I can only use it for the same 'deal' (hibachi entree) and not sushi even though all I was doing was using the exact amount I paid for the groupon. Once the groupon expired, I should be allowed to use it for any meal at the face value of the groupon as the the 'deal' has expired.

I was checking my credit card account and saw I had a new charge from GoPro for $49.99. I called the number on my credit card statement and the automated message directed me the their website. Apparently the website is the ONLY way to get ahold of them. I tried to fill out the contact form and they kept asking for an account number - only problem is I don’t have an account with them, hence the phone call. After trying a number of times I finally made something up and I did receive a call from them. A few calls later we realized that the charge was made because I bought a GoPro camera for my son last year for Christmas. There’s an auto renew feature for their subscription that I wasn’t aware of, nor was my son, and since my credit card purchased the camera they charged me. I explained over and over to them what happened, and they would not even consider a refund so that my son could repurchase the membership on his subscription. Nor would they consider even a partial refund, even though the charge had just been made. In trying to speak with a supervisor about this I was told that I was dealing with the technical support department and contacting the subscription people was not possible, even for them. Apparently they have a “closed system”.and only they are able to contact them via email. They said they had already contacted them and given the information to them and my request had already been denied and would not change. I’m generally VERY carefully about auto renew features and have often avoided buying a product because of them, but since the camera was shipped directly to him I did not even look at any of the features, nor did he see it in any of the information when he received his camera. The “customer service” (and I use that term very loosely) actually told me that the only was to resolve this was to just collect the charge from my son. They didn’t even offer to cancel the auto renew on my credit card so now I have to figure out a way to do that. Totally useless people and auto renew features should be illegal!

What’s outrageous is the fact that Fox News continues to support a lie (that trump won the election). It was a bold statement, a powerful iteration and expansion of liberal democratic understanding of personhood to include literally the entire world community. It bound all nations and cultures to a shared commitment to valuing the equality of every person, and it rang with the aspirations of millions in a shattered world (like today) confronting the devastation of colonialism, genocide, racism, global war, and, yes, fascism. This old out dated man (trump) demeanor of women, liar, greedy power hungry thug in a suit, with his occult base (republicans ‘that’s moving away from him (trump) slowly. A nation doesn’t have to be fascist to suffer from fascist politics. Wake up Fox News you’re supporting a ‘want to be fascist leader (trump), that’s using Putin’s playbook, and using Fox News as well. But ‘God’s not marked what so ever a man sows he will also reap, what’s done in the dark be brought to the light.

I ordered 7 items in the January sale, three days later I was told they were shipped. I then heard nothing for 9 more days (during which time the tracking information showed that the items had never left Uniqlo) when I received an email to say the order had been returned to Uniqlo and a refund authorised. I then chased it up with Uniqlo who said that the order had been lost and they couldn’t issue a replacement so would refund me in three days. I have yet to receive the refund.Shocking communication and a failure to uphold the sales prices. Really disappointing. Seems like Uniqlo just used my money for a shirt term loan...

Customer service is useless. It's been an endless ping pong between the delivery company lying about attempting to deliver the parcel and uniqlo claiming that they'll be sorting the issue. I wish I had gone to the physical store in the first place. Massive headache for 2 sweaters. Do we have to teach people how to do their jobs?

Close to $500 unauthorized charges by a minor. They refused to refund and were rude to me on the phone. Refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Said if payment comes from the house (from a minor without permission of adult credit card holder) it is still authorized according to their terms. Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen for them. STAY AWAY.

I appreciated that Falran kept after the issue, even though several initial attempts to fix it did not work out. Falran was courteous throughout the experience, even when I became frustrated. Customer service is a challenging job, but I can say with honesty that Falran is doing it right.
