I've had a Cargo subscription for 10+ years. You would think that all the money I've given this company would motivate their team to treat me halfway decently but that seems to be entirely too much of an ask. Every time I contact support (maybe 2-3 times per year), I'm treated with blatant indifference and as little more than a nuisance. The least you can do is attempt to care.

I own a ASUS PN52 Mini PC (barebone version). I contacted ASUS support because system uses to hang. They told me the 3200 MT/s memory module i installed was not in the QVL (Qualified Vendor List), so i should replace it by another one within the list. I found out the QVL is outdated and there is no 3200 MT/s module option available in the market (!). So they are trying to convince me to downgrade to a slower memory module. That's not serious.

My Experience with VRBO and Host Demetrice Brown – BewareI had an extremely disappointing experience with VRBO and one of their hosts, Demetrice Brown of DS Brown Investment, regarding a property located at 743 N 32nd St, Milwaukee, WI. I attempted to reserve a stay through VRBO, but the process was frustrating and ultimately unethical.The listing for this property did not display a cancellation policy, as VRBO claims should be standard. Due to the absence of this policy, I reached out directly to Mr. Brown and asked if I would receive a full refund should I choose to cancel. He clearly stated, “Yes.” Based on that assurance, I canceled the reservation. After doing so, Mr. Brown ceased all communication and refused to return my deposit.To make matters worse, VRBO then claimed that according to their cancellation policy—not the property’s—my refund was not eligible. They did refund taxes and fees, which only further contradicts their explanation and adds to the confusion. The conflicting information between VRBO and their host, along with the lack of accountability, was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.This experience reflects poor business practices and a lack of integrity from both VRBO and Mr. Brown. I caution others to be extremely careful before booking with this company or this host. I will not be using VRBO again.

We cancelled Hulu! When I called about a 25% price hike, they dismissed it as everything is going up. They have so many profit centers inside of Hulu with Disney, ESPN, etc. All of those profit centers are protecting their bottom line.It is one less source of TV for us.Watch you bill. They just had an across the board price increase of 25%.
