Every one of these 1 star reviews are the complete opposite of the customer service I have received...My Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick went haywire on me out of the blue, so I went to their website and used the Chat Help option... the bot soon transferred me to an agent, who after determining the issues I was having, placed a request and was approved immediately to replace my item. This was on Wednesday, November 24th. . On Saturday the 27th I received an email stating that my replacement item had shipped and would arrive on December 3rd via FedEx.Piece of cake, wonderful customer service experience. Don't drink the Hater Kool Aid.
