I would actually give 0 stars. Please share with management. I finally left att because of lack of customer service. Unable to reach reps even during business hours. I give up after 45 minutes each time I call. When I chat, I am always told to call in. Pricing for this company is terrible as well. 75 for 1 line, and I own my phone. T mobile 3 lines for 100 and no hidden fees. I hope att decides to focus on customers first. Customer service should be priority. Horrible company to have as a provider.
