When have been with AAA for two months after switching our Home and Auto. During that time they have made continued mistakes on the Evidence of the Insurance on the Home Coverage resulting in multiple calls with them and interaction with our mortgage company. They have made mistakes on the Auto Coverage and we keep getting different answers about how long we have to use the monitoring app for the drivers discount. Things have gotten to the point we don't trust them to properly handle a claim if we filed one with them so time to reshop after two months.
