Ordered a coat for my son - he loved it but too small so we sent it back. I was so worried after seeing all the reviews however the return was easy and I have had an email to confirm refund ( postage deducted which was clear and upfront) no problems with website ( first time using this site)

I'm feeling really let down Xiaomi because I have always been one of the biggest advocators of your products. That was until my order of a Mi Band 3 on 26th November (Order ID #5181126373160147) which after several patiently worded emails STILL hasn't shown up!! This was ordered for a Christmas present which the disappointed and upset recipient is still waiting for now. The last thing I was told was "we still don't have any updates" on the 4th of January and I've had no response at all to my last message on the 7th which just isn't good enough. I just want you to send me my goods I've paid for and give a proper response from customer services to let me know what's going on because right now I'm feeling pretty disheartened by the whole experience. ☹️EDIT: 06/12/2019 Never received this item at all in the end. Every time I spoke with them all they told me was it was delivered by their courier. Initially when I complained they asked me to wait, and I waited so long just to be treated like a liar without investigation as to where their courier actually did deliver my item, and too long I couldn't do a chargeback either with my card. BEWARE!!!

The new platform is far from useful or user friendly. No way (that I could find) to search by key word.Job titles leave a lot to be desired and don't allow for the overlap that a word search does. the set up by state is pathetic. You get columns of 'Jobs in ???' cities with no clue of where they may be located. Have to go to google maps or similar to see where job might be. And even if you search under a given city, the position may be hours away.No longer user friendly or very helpful.****Update. I stay with my original rating. I received a response from Indeed that did little to address the issues stated. They did recommend a boolean search but from my several visits to the site I could not find a search engine. They also are recommended going to their 'Career Guide', most of which is useful information but not needed by me. However, within the 'Career Guide' is a subtitle/menu choice for 'Finding a Job' (which I would think would be the same as 'Browse jobs' on the main Indeed page-sub menus, but it is not. This actually was the search engine I tried to find, in vain. Now, by pure luck, I found it. The person responding did not point out where this 'boolean search' could be found.User friendly gets 1 star, The site still gets 2 stars. I think it could use a drastic overhaul.
Review of hotels
Very disappointed. I’ve used them many times over and though there were a few problems, none were as ridiculous as this. Our team was responding to assist for Hurricane Helene and I needed to get rooms secured while finding out where we were to be dispatched. Given that the last few places I was looking at had booked while I we were on our way, I booked two rooms for a week (this is where we were initially told our team would be assisting) and paid for the insurance in case things changed. The same day of the booking, I was advised that we were rerouted south… I tried to cancel the booking and was not successful, so I checked in letting the front desk know that we only intended to stay one night. They said I needed to speak with Hotels.com. I was able to chat and they told me that since I checked in, I was committed to the week long bookings. This was absurd to me, committing to a night or two, I can understand, but obligating me for the week after paying insurance, which I would not have done if I knew it was only if there was a delay, not a change, why would I pay an extra $50/room the same day we were arriving. The chatbot or person on chat assured me that they would attempt to speak with the manager at that site and would update me either way by the following day…. Crickets…Couldn’t even let me know if the answer was No… driving to job sites all day with our bags in the truck. I’m just done, I will be happy to pay a few more dollars for rooms just so that I don’t have to deal with this bait and switch BS. Two stars because I have to hold some blame for myself in this situation.PS- the room has bugs, walls are paper thin, room gives the feel of an asylum, unmanaged parking lot (cars blocking the driveway, people drinking and being loud through out the night), but the front desk lady was cool.Update, later, the hotel also advised that it was up to Hotels.com to issue any solution or refund, that the hotel was not part of the decision making process, but Hotels.com would often place blame on the hotels to take the heat off of themselves. We were also evacuated due to Milton and had to cram 8 people into a 3 bedroom house for a week through the hurricane, which we lost power, hot water, etc. In the end I preferred the crowded and uncomfortable conditions to dealing with Hotels.com

I have ordered Lenovo Thinkpad L590 via Lenovo online shop on 1/12/2019, arrived on 12/12/2019 defected, I have reported the issue at the same day, the process for the replacement was very slow. The defected laptop has been picked up on 3rd January 2020. Never informed for estimation time for the replacement process, picking up or delivering. The only available communication method is via email. Local Lenovo reseller is not "responsible" for online purchase. You are always asked to contact Digital River. Yes, you would only know that after you place the order. Experiencing such bad communication level and slow process, in addition to delivering defected item despite of the high end specification, pushed me to cancel my order. I wonder now when I would be refunded!UPDATE#1: Lenovo confirmed my cancellation request.UPDATE#2: Lenovo delivered the laptop despite of my cancellation request!

I placed an order for two laptops at the beginning of June and was told 2-3 weeks for delivery would be likely. I called each week to check, and nearly 7 weeks later, I am being told exactly the same thing... that the laptops will ship within a week. While the customer service people are nice, it seems like the gap between the information they have access to and the actual orders is enormous.Truly useless customer service.

I love Dell products and think the XPS is amazing. It is the Dell service that is an issue. It is HORRIFIC. They sell you in all the peace of mind 4 year warranty and service plans....turns out they are more like POS. I spilled coffee on my 6 month old XPS over the holidays and had to suffer through what was the absolute worst customer experience of my lifetime...if I did not love the product, I would never buy Dell again. The service business set-up is what you might have received in the old USSR: an India call center coordinating with slimy/shifty vendors in the US for in-home repair. If Dell wants their service to be remotely on par with their products, they should blow this whole thing up and re-engineer the service concept from A-Z. They may not make as much money - right now, it is maximize profits at the cost of customers...not a recipe for long-term success.

I have 4 things to complain about.. 1) My auto loan was paid in full and it is still on my account active! .. 2) I can Not Pay my Credit Cards's on the app nor Website! It continuously tells me "We've hit a snag" to call the number. Now I'm inclined to pay the service fee! (Been going on for a week)! .. 3) I have 1 bad mark they put on my credit saying I was late, When I was NOT late, I changed payment date, called in and they said it would be taken care of, that was during the summer, here we are in November! It has caused my score to drop by 30 points, the bank said! ... 4) And Lastly, when you call in NO ONE Speaks English!!! Very Bad Language barrier, can't get them to understand anything!!
