So far, having finished two certificate programs offered by a renowned university through this education platform, I am very pleased with the frictionless service offered. The profile validation and payment processes were quick and without headaches. I would point out though for the edX to consider the following: throughout the day I utilize at one point or another each of my laptop, tablet and smartphone. I have had difficulty syncing my progress made using each of these devices with one another. All in all, so far so good.

You guys charge support fee and some other service charges when customers need your support your support team are not willing to listen the issue and hang up the call you guys provide really bad service we don’t expect from support team and this is not first time it been happening every time I have request to not to make fool the customers I am highly advising to any business owners not to take clover pos it’s very painful to deal with their support team

This pos system was barely usable when we got it. Tons of glitches so bad that at times we had to turn the system on and off to ring people up. They recently updated the app and now you can't search a single item like say milk without scrolling through all your items. We have 7800 items. Once you find the product you can't tell how many are left in stock. It's ridiculous. This update makes it so you have to be in store to check product. The developers surely did no product testing. We are demanding our money back as this system costs us money from frustrated shoppers trying to check out to very poor inventory management. Never buy, never use this system is the worse.

Shocking customer service,Forgot to redeem my birthday code, advised that I should return and reorder instead of just refunding me the difference.ZERO point having a fair use policy and preaching about the environment if that is your answer when someone forgets to use a code. 👍🏼

Greedy greedy greedy. WeTransfer used to be brilliant with the free service allowing 2gb per transfer, unlimited transfers and up to 7 days for someone to download. Now it is awful with its 3 day free limit, 10 transfers and 3gb per 30 days. They tried to pull the wool over our eyes by making it look like they'd increased the GB to 3 but that now has to last 30 days. There are many other good options, such as SMASH or just using your Google Drive or Dropbox. This is typical when a company gets greedy and tries to fleece its loyal customers. I hope WeTransfer you live to regret your greed!

Best technical support without no question. With Dreamhost since 2016 and I am a very happy customer. I tried with other hosting companies, some cheaper, some more expensive, mostly offering same products but their technical support is rubbish. Dreamhost beat them by far, they are very good. Again, very happy customer since 2016 and I think I'll be with them for another 12 years and more.

Great value for money. Nice feature set! Lead generation via popups works great. The only thing I'm missing is sync with my OpenCart store products to use them dynamically in my emails (both triggered and manual newsletters). Otherwise, great email marketing service!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Xiaomi's after-sale service. My Xiaomi TV's display stopped working, so I promptly booked an appointment for the 16th October 2023 within the 2-4 pm time slot, as indicated on the app. To my dismay, no technician showed up during that time frame. After contacting customer service, they assured me that the technician would arrive before 6 pm, but once again, I was left waiting in vain.Desperate for a solution, I called customer service once more, and to my disbelief, they informed me that the technician would arrive within 24 hours after booking a slot. This meant I had wasted an entire day, even taking a leave from work, only to receive no assistance.This experience has been nothing short of infuriating and a colossal waste of my time. Xiaomi's after-sale service has proven to be woefully inadequate and unreliable, and it has left me with a sour impression of the brand.

For 2 weeks I have been unable to access my 365 account at all. I simply cannot log in. 8 hours of phone calls, at least 10 different staff members, I can't even make a formal complaint because, to make a complaint, you have to log into your account (the irony isn't lost on me). I have now been on hold for over an hour after being transferred back to another team (I have spoken to at least 3 times already) and I honestly think they have, at this point, put me in a "do not answer" queue.

Mymail points are now a great rip off , over the last 10 or so spins I have got less than 20 points . This means that it is almost not worth the bother of of adding these points at all.A reader of the Mail for over 30 years , I believe that it does not give the paper a very good example of the of what section of the population it represents.
