They just suspended my account which I have had for a decent amount of time without any problems. I think I had like 15 supporters. I work with open source as well as paid software. Not sure why they did this. Nothing I would recommend to anyone at this time.

Just simply awful, bought a book said was going to take 2.5 weeks which was ok because that was right when my class started. Contacted several times the week prior to schedule delivery for a tracking number, and never got even a single reply. Then go to cancel the order after they missed the expected date, and now have to wait 8 more days. Meanwhile my class has started and have been forced to but off of another site without refund from here. Zero communication through the entire process, I will never buy a book from abebooks again...complete scam!!

Shipped in a motherboard to have fixed under warranty and the motherboard was working fine for months and i could smell smoke when it stopped working. They send back a picture of bent pins but I put the cover on and checked before taking motherboard out of computer. So the original problem turned into something else. They wanted to charge more then I paid for it on Amazon. This is not the first time they did a number on me. I got a broke router and yes they sent me one back but it was a used one that went out 2 months later. The repair service is a joke.

ASUS is another of those companies in which "helpline" and "support" means exactly the opposite.Like most modern laptops, mine does not have an internal DVD/CD player so I bought an external one by ASUS. The retailer was Argos who's Q&A section assured customers that DVD/CDs could be played via the product.Well, to cut a long story short, the ASUS product does allow me to listen to CDs but not watch DVDs. So I contacted the "support" page (sic) on the ASUS website which contained a very complicated enquiry form. Eventually I had to give up because it wanted all sorts of titles, numbers and codes - which were impossible to find - beyond the basic serial number.Next step was to phone the ASUS "helpline" (yeah, right) where I was given several numbers to press depending on the product. The products mentioned did not include "external drives" so I just tried pot luck. I then got an automated voice instructing me to fill in the enquiry form (the one I found impossible to complete - see above) after which I would be contacted by e-mail. There them followed a curt "goodbye".Therefore the telephone helpline is a waste of time because all it does is refer you back to the online enquiry form - which I dare anyone other than a technical genius to be able to complete!The only comfort I get from this is that my bad experience relates to a cheapo (£28) product, so at least I now know to avoid ASUS if buying anything more expensive in the future.Shower of barrow boys!

Awful, money-grabbing wasters. Went for a free survey and nowhere is it clear you only get 40 responses. So then I think, well OK, maybe it was my fault for not realising, I'll pay a month's sub to get my results. But no, if you want one single month they demand $99 on an auto-renew basis or you have to pay the whole year at a rip-off £300+ !So this little money-grabbing policy has cost them a bad review, a customer who will never recommend or use them and the fee I would have willingly paid for a more reasonable month's subscription.Avoid this awful rip-off.

Absolutely no support from indiegogo. No response to mails what so ever.The campagne was a fake one, Neither the company name used nor the photos we're legit.This is absolutely bad practice. We need a class action LS against indiegogo.
