I had an extremely frustrating experience with Xiaomi's after-sale service. My Xiaomi TV's display stopped working, so I promptly booked an appointment for the 16th October 2023 within the 2-4 pm time slot, as indicated on the app. To my dismay, no technician showed up during that time frame. After contacting customer service, they assured me that the technician would arrive before 6 pm, but once again, I was left waiting in vain.Desperate for a solution, I called customer service once more, and to my disbelief, they informed me that the technician would arrive within 24 hours after booking a slot. This meant I had wasted an entire day, even taking a leave from work, only to receive no assistance.This experience has been nothing short of infuriating and a colossal waste of my time. Xiaomi's after-sale service has proven to be woefully inadequate and unreliable, and it has left me with a sour impression of the brand.
